Toy Issues – Disclaimer for Claw Machine Toys
We strive to source what we believe to be authentic, licensed items for our mini claw machines. However, due to the nature of third-party suppliers and product availability, we cannot guarantee that every item is 100% authentic. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and legitimacy of our prizes, some items may not be officially licensed. By playing, you acknowledge and accept that not all items may be verified as authentic.
If you have concerns about a prize you’ve won, we are happy to refund the amount you paid at the time of the win. To receive a refund, the item must be returned in unused condition. Fill the form below to submit your request.
Claw Machine Location Responsibility Policy
Our claw machines are independently owned and operated, and are placed in various partner locations for customer enjoyment. While we greatly value the businesses that host our machines, it is important to understand that these locations are not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or performance of the machines.
The staff and management of these host locations do not have the authority to open, service, or troubleshoot the machines, nor can they issue refunds, exchanges, or any form of compensation related to claw machine use. All issues—including malfunctioning machines, concerns about prizes, or refund requests—must be directed to our support team.
